5.1. Returns: We do not accept returns for Customized orders. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if the customization is the fault of We Picture it All - Apparel. With proof of the order receipt with the correct customization. 

5.2. Refunds: If a refund is granted because We Picture it All - Apparel's fault the refund will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. Ownership: Any intellectual property rights associated with the designs and customization you provide remain your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

 6.2. Ownership of Custom Designs: Any custom designs, graphics, and content created by We Picture it All - Apparel for the purpose of customization shall remain We Picture it All - Apparel's sole property and has the right to use the customized designs as they wish.

 6.3. Confidentiality: We Picture it All - Apparel agrees to treat your custom designs as confidential information and will not disclose or share them with any third parties without your prior consent, except as necessary to fulfill your order. 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We Picture it All - Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Indemnification
